I have tried these and several other brands of hair/nail vitamins. This brand is the only one that worked for me. My hair which has been broken and damaged grows strong with these. It's hard to only take 2 a day haha. I highly recommend these supplements to all my friends. Do yourself a favor, and get these. By the way.. these won't make your hair grow overnight. Sometimes it takes 3 months before a person sees the results. The best thing to do is take before and after pics.

I purchased for the first time in January 2020. This stuff really, really works. I had a short hair cut like above my ears short and now my hair is almost to the middle of my back. Its almost like it just creeped up on me and I really didnt realize it until the compliments came. I have not experienced the acne and yes I do have acne prone skin but nothing going on with that. Since January this is my 8rd purchase. I have been taken once a day with 2 pills. Really, I have purchased a lot of things and had NO results but this is the BOMB

Give it time.. your hair grows in cycles. Anything you take for hair you have to at least give 3 months. After 4 months about, I started to see my hair change and start to grow. I just started them again and I'm on week two. Stay consistent with them and you'll see results

My hair became shinier and longer

I had Alopecia and bad hair loss, I've been using this for about a year and it's helped my hair through all the hormonal changes and different colors and processes I've brought my mop through. My hair is thicker and healthier, just reordered.

I began taking these knowing that it's recommended to take them consistently for 3 months before expecting to see results and I was alright with that. I began to see results before the end of the first month; I had new growth everywhere! My hair was feeling healthier and I was noticing less breakage and shedding. I started month two anxious to see what I was going to see this month. My hair continued to grow (normally grows very slow) and the new hairs as well.
