I have tried a lot of treatment products from Nubest to Peak height. I found that the pants seemed to be short during I took this Tall star. Then I noticed I grew taller. So I continued to take, I took 3 capsules every night before going to bed (two capsules in the instructions) and insisted on stretching exercise . Now I have grown 2 inches taller in 2.5 years.
