I know it maybe not helpful for everyone but I did lose weight and a significant amount of bloat, which I was having major issues right before I started. I did supplement with a small handful of nuts and a piece of fruit each day - it was nice to have something to chew, I lost 27 lbs in 4 month but all in all it makes you feel losing weight is so easy

It's a little pricy but it didn't raise my heart numbers or make me nervous or anxious at all. I've noticed an improvement in my digestion and elimination and lower food allergy/intolerance symptoms within days of starting it, and I started losing weight again (10 lb. in 4 weeks).
